Four arms on the vocal stem: C today's product, A plus formant compensation, D a frozen hand-tuned preset, B fully tunable. Independently, the vocal source bitrate can be switched — every variant is encoded from the same lossless master, so it's a real quality axis rather than an upward transcode. Instruments are shifted as-is on every arm; drums are never shifted.

Keyboard: Space play/pause · F cycle C→A→D→B · C/A/D/B direct. Changing block reconfigures the engine — brief dropout on arm B. Changing vocal source reloads and decodes a file, so playback pauses for a moment.
